The frame has been stripped and taken back to bare metal

We have decided to go full Polini Race Scooter on this one

Polini 135 Engine Kit

25mm Polini Carb

Race Clutch

Polini Race Exhaust

Long stroke crank

Variable electronic ignition

New bearings and oil seals

Disc brake conversion – and we have gone a little crazy on this one (still to arrive but it looks so nice, we wouldn’t normally spend that much but when we saw it we had to get it)

Normally the PK has a 24tooth sprocket on crank but we have machined it to work with a 29 tooth. This will give a crazy top end with the 135 kit and other extras!

All new cables will be fitted too

We have just finished the engine, just waiting on the gasket set to close it all up, we are told we should have that this time next week.

We are looking at painting in the Polini blue and white with Polini decals. Its been prepped but we should get it in the final primer coat end of next week. We had some delay as been waiting on our spray booth to be set up after our move.

Final electrics get sorted on that tonight so we will be fully up and running for spray jobs as of tomorrow 😊
